Return and Refund Policy — Joylandia Lend S.L.

1. Purpose
This policy regulates the conditions for cancellation, refund, and use of the services offered by Joylandia Lend S.L., which include workshops and family activities, childcare for children aged 5 to 11, and workshops for adults and children.

2. Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with Spanish consumer legislation (Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007), the client has the right to withdraw from the service contract within 14 calendar days from the date of contracting, provided that the service has not yet begun.

If the client requests that the service start during the withdrawal period, Joylandia Lend S.L. may deduct from the refund the proportional part corresponding to the services already provided.

3. Cancellations and Refunds

  • Cancellation before the start of the service: If cancellation is communicated at least 3 calendar days before the scheduled start date, 100% of the amount paid will be refunded.

  • Cancellation with less than 2 days’ notice: 50% of the amount paid will be refunded, unless due to duly accredited force majeure.

  • Cancellation once the service has started: No refund will be made, unless the interruption is attributable to Joylandia Lend S.L.

4. Period of Use of Services
Contracted services (passes, workshop or activity registrations) may be used within a maximum period of 3 months from the date of purchase. After this period, whether used partially or not at all, no refunds will be issued.

5. Procedure to Exercise the Right of Withdrawal or Request a Refund
The client must send a written request by email to joylandia.laspalmas@gmail.com or deliver the communication to Calle los Martínez de Escobar 20, Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, GC, 35007, Spain, indicating:

  • Full name of the contracting party.

  • Contracted service and date of contracting.

  • Date and reason for cancellation/withdrawal.

Joylandia Lend S.L. will confirm receipt and process the request within a maximum of 14 calendar days.

6. Guarantees and Applicable Regulations
This policy complies with the provisions of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users and other applicable regulations in Spain. It does not affect the legal rights granted to the consumer.
